Joy Tanner Pottery: New plates on Etsy

 I discovered Joy Tanners carved pots today. I'm fascinated by her surface technique and her description of the tensions found in a leek flower emerging from the seed pod. It makes me thinn to look over my images of exploding, unfurling, revealing plant,forms for pottery inspiration.
